The Uppercase letters are also called as Capital letters. In our day to day English writing, we do not use the Uppercase/Capital letters alone to write.
We use a mix of both uppercase Capital letters and the lowercase letters to write.
When we begin writing a new sentence the first character of the first word is often written in Capital and anything that follows after that first character is written in lowercase.
Lower case letters
a b c d e f g h I j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z
The lowercase letters are used the most while writing. Every sentence has to begin with a capital letter and then everything else is written in lowercase.
Each sentence is ended with a full-stop or a period, denoted by a dot. Where ever we use nouns such as a name or place we make sure to use the first character in capital.
